- Browse the website to find what you'd like to purchase.
- Once you have found a product you like, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET' button next to each product.
- You can use the 'REMOVE FROM BASKET' link to delete items from your shopping BASKET as well.
- Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier agency, Hatiti and friends will email you a tracking code, along with the website link on which will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. The tracking code may take 24 business hours to activate on the tracking website.

We are based out of India, and all products are shipped from India.

Yes, you need to register as a member to shop on Hatiti and friends and complete your transaction. It helps us to know you better!


 For your shopping ease, Hatiti and friends offers several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can chose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway. We also provide Cash on Delivery option for our Indian customers.

Yes, we do have Cash on Delivery for our orders placed in India.

Hatiti and friends will refund the paid amount in full only if the order delivered is damaged (subject to our discretion) or an incorrect order is delivered. No refund will be given by Hatiti and friends if the order has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of Hatiti and friends, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of Hatiti and friends.

Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. You will need to contact us at feedback@hatitiand for a "Requestfor Cancellation" in the subject with your order details. In case we have already processed your order the cancellation will not be possible. Cancellations are solely at the discretion of Hatiti and friends.

Yes we have Gift Vouchers available both at our stores as well as on our website.

Yes, we can wrap your gifts and have them send to the recipient mentioned in the shipping address. We have gift wrap option for most items except pillow shams, quilts and cushions that come in a fabric bag. A gift message can be attached with your purchase.

Yes, our prices are inclusive of GST. We will share a GST compliance invoice with the tax breakup after you complete your purchase. You will receive this tax invoice through email. If you have not received the same and would like us to provide you with a duplicate PDF tax invoice, kindly write to us at PRODUCTS


We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. You may write to us at for an enquiry about a product which is not in stock and we will inform you through an email. In the future, we hope to be able to notify you when an out of stock item becomes available which would allow you to place a new order for this product.

We guarantee that all products sold by us are genuine. All products sold will bear the original tag and label of Hatiti and friends to assure its authenticity.

We take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product. The details of the products or product specifications (weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) as mentioned on Hatiti and friends are only approximate values. The Use of Your Information is in compliance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws.



In case of multiple products being ordered, and if for any reason, Hatiti and friends is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be given a choice to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, Hatiti and friends shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases. We take extra precautions to ensure each piece is crafted, packaged and delivered with care. Minor variations in prints, embroideries, fabric are all characteristics of hand printed and hand made products. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of Hatiti and friends.

Hatiti and friends reserves the right to reject exchanges and returns. In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please take a photograph of the damaged product/s and contact our customer service team at  within 24 hours of receiving the order at the shipping address. We will get back within 2-3 working days with instructions but note there is no exchange on bedding, accessories, sale/discounted items or personalized/customized items. Please retain all packaging materials, original invoice and the product/s in condition received (unused, with tag, unwashed etc.) until a set of instructions from Hatiti and friends regarding the same is received.
